Rooms are well serviced and the beach is nice for families.

Bad management, no body inform me that if I lost my Card of my room, I must pay 50Egp, normally any professional hotel did not noise the guest by these small things

Staff is extremely unprofessional, very bad service, yet rooms are good

Still needs improvements and strict rules to visitors behaviors but as a whole good, hope things improve after it is completed
