If u r going to axion try to visit Mr. Mark, the agent of axiom. He is very good and gives good services .

It's the worst place for phones service , their employees lack in customer service training and their queuing system is absurd and not user friendly . Think twice before buying an axiom phone.

Open from 10 AM to 8 PM on Weekdays. Closed on all Government Holidays.

Very slow customer care queue management - no matter for repair or collection whichever time of the day. Be prepared for delays.

Very bad every time I want to fix something they have short of staff the service is very slow they need to improve the customers care center and the service center

Don't believe the 'Replace within an hour' offers. Queue takes more than 90 minutes. Collecting your phone after an hour takes around another hour.

Very slow customer queue management. They are in process of expansion. In case issue is not fixed in 1st attempt, check with the service manager (worked for me). Got my iphone replaced.
