Santa Sofia single origin is amazing!! Cherry acidity with a nice after taste! Great with milk and amazing as cold drip!

Here's a tip..You haven't really tasted true coffee till u've tasted a 3/4 flat white made by the resident barrister(Brian)..the beans may change, but the rich elegant texture of the coffee does not!
