We ordered Summer Rolls & large bowls of Pho with rare beef thinly sliced and flank for lunch and were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful everything tasted. Rated as best Pho restaurant in town !

Wow. Like honest to God so delicious. We've eaten Pho from some of the best restaurants in Rockville, Maryland and DC, and Rice & Pho ranks right up there with them for broth flavor!!

Decent pho at a good price.Their summer rolls were good as well .I got the beef pho the broth was tasty not a lot of noodles though.Menu was easy to read and understand good place to go on a cold day.

Not The best Pho I've ever had, but delicious. If you live in the area and craving Pho , then absolutely come here. I thought something was missing when I took my first sip of the broth. It's OK !

Hands down best Pho so happy to know this place is located close to home, our food was perfect and reminded us of home.

Well proportion we got #43 to try it out and it was just perfect thanks for the service we will be back and bring our friends!
