Hi all! We had a management change in 2016 and we've significantly improved Latitude since then. We hope that those who were unsatisfied previously have a chance to try us again, and see the new work.

Coffee’s very good and the service is relaxed and swift. Staff are fun and go the extra mile for customers. Will defo return.

Everything here is perfect except the blondie woman who has no idea how to service her customers!!!

Love the customer services you provide, however, my coffee was not that good. For a small cup it's too strong and has bitter taste

Worst coffee I've ever had, even after adding more milk I couldn't drink it. Service not great either and the 3 staff need to be more aware of what they chatting about at full volume.
