A very crowdy (see pic), soviet-resort style hotel , majority - families with numerous small kids and elderly people. 4km from the city center, on the outskirts. If you're young, choose other option.

food prepared quite sloppy; the ingredients are recycled for days; in the omelet served for breakfast , there are clearly visible large green parts created by the oxidation of the egg yolk

Nice nostalgic socialist feeling. Large conference spaces that lust to be modernised. Place is too expensive for what they offer.

Bâtiment délabré, service lent , pas de change sur les grands billets, têtes jusque par terre et endroit ouvert à tous les insectes possibles et imaginables ( voir photo ci dessous)
