Manuka on the top level do awesome Mojo coffee and fab toasted sammies! My fav - Portabello mushroom with sundried tomato , mozzarella and bacon , YUM! Plus 4 hours free parking = winning.
Amazed at the narrow minded comments left here. Plenty of good shops and shopping, wider range in one place than Wellington with clothes , stationery and popular brands. Wise up people!
Butlers cafe has the best white chocolate hot chocolates and you get a free hand made chocolate too!
The new Sierra cafe on the ground floor near Rodd and Gunn is really cool!
The best butter chicken in Wellington at Spice Traders! I don't think they're anywhere else in Wellington yet, opening in Johnsonville soon though.

One stop shop for shopping. Free car park unlike wellytown, where finding carpark is a nightmare.
The teryaki chicken from St piers (level below MC Donalds foodcourt) is the best in new Zealand!

A good place to avoid
For decent coffee head to Manuka--upstairs, across from The Warehouse . They also make really good chai lattes .

This place is always such a hit and miss. Each of the last three visits there has been stuff not available (coleslaw, then chips and today chicken!) would be great if it always had the food they list. - Jerome Corbett
