Pleasant hotel south of the airport . Has its own beach , and near a lot of restaurants and bars along the marina . A bit of a drive to Nice proper though.

They say they have parking however you have to reserve limited spaces they have ahead or they leave you to park on the street. Just be honest and tell people this before booking .
Very convenient to the airport with an efficient shuttle service. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, right by the beach !

Hotel plus que vieillissant. Pas de chauffage, et l'eau chaude arrive au bout de 10min. Salle de bain d'un autre temps avec encore des rideaux de douche peu hygiénique. Loin des standards 4 étoiles .

Cap 3000 was too old but they are making refresh of the building and adding some shops. Close to the beach, good to make shopping, have a drink after a nap in front of the sea - Io As Soon
