The ribs are fantastic but you need time as the food is very slow to arrive .... Can take up to an hour.

Total lack of professionalism and good manners. It is a mystery how a place can run with employees of such low standard. This was the last time I set foot in an Engels establishment.

I went with my wife to have dinner , and we waited for 30 minutes without anyone coming to our table to give us menus or to ask us if we need anything. We decided to leave and eat somewhere else.

The staff is friendly , but the food is terrible. They have 1.000 options, but most are not cooked on the spot, but reheated (and sometimes not well enough). Ever tried reheated "papanasi"? Don't.
