Best pho in western Washington. the small bowls of soup are huge and the egg rolls are delicious unlike any you've ever tried before. It's a must if you like pho . The broth is outrageous.
Filthiest restaurant on the west coast but their food is really good. They not to use their rest rooms if you can.
