the car was bought from marina dodge webster ny they misrepresented the car and called one of the owners...well esl is as coirrupt and crooked as marina dodge is.

well when they read the review they sent over two thugs to reposes the car even tho the collections girl said my son a straight a student pre-med who is also working...

This must be the training branch because its takes my whole lunch hour to get a check cashed.

know.well being that no id was shown i sure hope these guys were indeed from u esl.

The car loan process as been terrible with ESL! They have messed up everything that could possibly be messed up and we had horrible customer service. We ended up using Ford. ESL SUCKED

Nice Building but the service in no match. In 10 years ESL has become horrible for service. They can not keep help. WHY? Every time I go in the branch employees are gone. Not promoted but gone.

Teller was rude to me the other day. I am not happy. I would expect this of a big bank but not ESL.

I have been with ESL Bank since I was 18 and I applied for a loan when I was 20 and was denied. Now at 24 they still denied me because I am black. They discriminate against blacks. Do Not BANK HERE.

I lost my job and ESL Collection depart was rude and was harassing me daily. Collections supervisor was talking down to me. No mercy for me from ESL.They give lots of money away but no help for me.

Dave Feidler gives $100,000 to the Food Bank and $500,000 to the United way. I am out of work and get nothing but the crap from ESL's Collection department. No mercy for me. No free hand outs for me
