Service still a little lax - tables cleared slowly and not wiped down - ran out of the Italian Hot Chocolate (how does a place with chocolate in the name run out?) - Mexican HC not as good as Koko

Open an hour and full menu not available: hot chocolate should be ready as it is standard fair . Be accommodating. :( or disappointed.

Food is very nice but overpriced. Customer service is non existent. Silly girl behind the counter made me fill out a return form because she overcharged me, I didn't even get an apology!
The coffee was pretty nasty - perhaps they don't change the grounds often enough?
