Room was nice, very clean and with a nice view of the Umeda and Yodo river . They offer a lot of additional services, some of them free of charge. Area around is also full of restaurants and izakaya .
Nice hotel . But you cannot make noise!
Avoid the ¥3,000 buffet . The food is tolerable, but not great, and the room is very noisy .

周辺はラブホ街というものすごい立地です。古いホテル ですが、室内は比較的小綺麗で快適 に過ごせます。値段も安い です。
