Staff is eager to please! Steak dinner al El Torote was delicious! Sports bar is open 24 hrs and has snack for late nights . We missed the breakfast buffet but El Torote has continental breakfast !

The staff is super friendly and helpful! We had an excellent stay. The rooms are very nice and clean . The exchange rate at the hotel was very good comparitivly to the rest of Cabo San Lucas.

This was a great stay. 3 pools one main infinity pool overlooking the Pacific. You have access to the Riu Palace next door also. Pretty far ride to downtown though.

If you are young and loved a party, then this is a party town resort , but if you enjoy leisure life, then request your rooms closer to infinity pool by beach you will definitely love your vacations.

The staff is excellent. If you are asking for a beach view room, dont bother to ask for the levels 0-2. All you can see are trees and restaurants . Rooms are clean . Food is horrible in all of their res

Make sure you wake up for breakfast , reservations are worth the 5 min it takes to make them and the pool side activities are some great free fun.

Even though the food wasn't good, they a have very good Wi-Fi range and connection allowing to work from anywhere on the resort ! It allowed me to work and make money while taking a holiday!

Riu Santa Fe is back on October 16th! You have to pack everything to have a nice time in Cabo in this resort .

Great resort . Don't waste your time making reservations at restaurants . Baja California is more than enough.

Make your reservation early for dinner !!! Cab ride into town $12 dollars. Check peso rate. About 12peso to 1 dollar. Tip a buck for every couple of drinks or dinner . Enjoy.

Beautiful hotel and good staff for the place just they need cars or a van something like that because the hotel is to big to be walking long ways all the time

Be aware of "ocean view " rooms on level 0, you can only view the pool or the bars ... Ask for higher levels...

Not a lot of on site activities. Not great for single child families. Love the resort but plan on leaving to swim in ocean or keep kids entertained.

The only good thing about this resort are the views and pools. The food was awful (except for breakfast ) and the alcohol was so watered down. The rooms have no sound barrier so it was loud af 24/7.

El hotel es enorme pero hermoso y el servicio es excelente. Para cenar lo mejor es el Baja California , para comer y cenar el Torote. Las albercas son enormes. Lo único malo los elevadores, son lentos.

Es un hotel muy bonito, tiene todo (restaurantes , albercas , bares , disco, shows, internet inalámbrico sin costo , cuartos muy limpios y muchas amenidades) excelente atención en bares y restaurantes .

Muy bien todo, comida rica y variada, personal muy amable . Solo, sugiero poner elevadores en todas las torres y sobre todo servicio de botones para ayudar con las maletas, no es posible que no tengan.

Es enorme, bonito y el servicio está bien. Hay dos albercas gigantes y muchas opciones para comer. La vista de la piscina es inmejorable. Recomendable al cien.

Bonito Hotel , espacios y buena comida. Alejate de los restaurantes de especialidades , con el restaurante Baja es mas que suficiente. Si pides alcohol de marca te lo sirven, si no te dan de marca libre
