There's a sign to your right... Far down. Walk there to meet with them to get aboard. Unlike me, you'll know, rather than running in front of a shuttle asking why he won't pick me up!

Super Shuttles make two loops around the airport to pick up passengers, so don't take this mode of transport if you are in a hurry.

Shuttle picked up in about 10 mins. Did the 2nd obligatory lap and made it through 3PM marginal traffic to UCLA in 55 mins. for $16. Tough to beat.

Always punctual on the home pick up, but you may wait awhile for pick up at LAX. But it's cheap people!

What a joke. Never assume your shuttle is "pre-arranged." People without reservations will go before you. I never thought it could take 3.5 hours to get to Long Beach until I experienced the Blue Van.

Take another shuttle service. I waited an hour in line to get a shuttle downtown!

Annoying!!! Why take two laps around the terminal? And, employees are rude -- witnessed a screaming fight between two of them . Just taking a cab next time.

Terrible company-go with another. Had a few decent drivers but most can't read a GPS or map & one of the dispatchers at LAX that I got was the rudest woman I may have ever met.

Just take a cab....
