Recently refurbished store. Staff are friendly and helpful every time I visit - highly recommended if you have a craving for Italian food and are near to Basingstoke! :)

Serious lack of customer service here.. We felt like they couldn't be bothered with us. Go to the one on Western Way off the Brighton Hill Roundabout, much better service there and free parking !

The staff and manager are superb here. They really make you feel welcome and really do help when it comes to suggesting different alcohol to try. Also they sell real ale so they win hands down for me! - Snowdog
