Aside from Gielas , the rooms are a bit dated, and hot water runs out at peak times. Right next to ski tracks !
They don't seem willing to take special diets , like veganism , very seriously.
Their housekeeping is sloppy.
Rooms on Gielas side are beautiful with balcony and sauna .

it's not so stylish but it's really cosy and clean in rooms.balconies are so cute.rooms have saunas in it which is awesome.i also loved the food in here.i recommend the diner too. - haku ryuu
The food is seriously over priced. I ordered pan fried white fish- and it was probably fried 3 months ago and the put in a vacuum...sad! - Johanna
