Mar.4,2014-Crowds of kids yelling from the penthouse of 1306 Haro Street,Vancouver.We live across the street from this blgd.Several ppl. in OUR bldg. have even moved out b/c of the noise from there!

RE: 1306 Haro St, Lincoln Arms.Building is advertised by its owners as a "quiet building". This must be a joke. The building is the noisiest building around here, disturbing the whole neighborhood .

Very bad building. My neighbors smoke something from small glass pipes.... crack? The thugs on the penthouse do not seem like nice people either
