The trainer sessions are fantastic, easy to book , free, very accurate and tailored to your needs, free, non judgmental, and did I mention free? Take full advantage of their expertise!

It's clean and quiet , but it's definitely a room with workout equipment in it, and not a true "gym ". The "unlimited fitness training " is nonexistent as far as I can tell.

Friendly staff , clean gym , plenty of equipment, always open, inexpensive , what else do you need?

The morning has the best staff working, 5 am is quite easy to get to equipment.

I love this gym ! The only down fall is the changing rooms could use a daily once over w/ a vacuum

Sometimes if you plug your headphones into the treadmills , your ears get shocked every few minutes. Inconvenient and painful!!
