After a boat ride back from Perhentian Islands , get a nice shower room for 2RM. Worth it. It feels like a hotel shower room.

Nice small quiet town . Plenty of tour agent to iland & budget hotel here. Nice nasi dagang .

Do check out www.bubblesdc.com for great stay at Perhentian Besar with cosy chalet. It's even a natural turtles nesting ground. Highly recommended

Main jetty to perhentian island . Busy from febuary until october. November to january monsoon. No boat except for people from fisherman village . Mind your own risk.

You can negotiate the ticket price. We paid 60 RM and almost everyone can sell you boat tickets. Remember to pay the marine park conversation fee (35 RM)

First time to the island . Just had heavy breakfast of nasi dagang and pulut sambal . Yummy!

Look for the places that sell you the return ticket to Perhentian for 50rm, not 70 ;)

Tourism terminal with jetty for boats to Perhentian Island . Got few small shops with souvenirs, travel tour agents etc.
