Excellent yakitori . Get the chicken skin with salt. If you eat at one place in Hirafu, make this it.
The wagyu beef is excellent but needs at least 3 people to finish it. The pork spare rib takes 40 minutes but worth the wait!
Gets very busy. Loud with good vibes, depending on where you are seated. High-quality ingredient dishes available but way too expensive . How about 12,000 yen for a couple of slices of salmon sashimi ?
Great to eat at a Niseko restaurant where the staff and food are genuine Japanese. We will be back
