I remember Steak 'n Shake when it was the expensive burger place , and now it's one of the cheaper places, and it's a good quality burger . Fries are also excellent here.
On the brighter side, the servers were all friendly and smiling. As a suggestion...They should have someone at the counter to take payments, phone calls and take out orders and avoid such mix ups.

If your from out if town they kinda look at you like an UFO HAS LANDED.. SERVICE WAS RELUCTANT AND SLOW .When we did get to order it was like hurry up I have to fill the ketchup
Well service is bad, been seated for 20 minutes everyone around us has there food and we were seated ahead of them!

Took forever to get service.Forgot food.Rude waitress .Smaller bowls of chili (for some reason)That somehow tasted bad.Had to ask for the chili .No refill Dirty floors.Worst steak n shake
