Jimmys Chimmy is my absolute favorite (thats what I ordered)! Its exactly as the menu states deep fried with gravy and trust me the gravys so good you want it on your hash browns .
Pecan cinnamon roll #DDD was delicious and worth bringing back to the hotel for a snack later on. The Big Texas Breakfast was good but my wife’s the Jimmy Chimi was a chimichanga like no other. Yum!
As a born and raised Texan, you HAVE to get the BIG TEXAS BREAKFAST ! Best biscuits and gravy and chicken fried steak I’ve had in a very long time
The Texas breakfast is so huge and u get everything. No closing between biscuits in gravy or chicken fried steak
