It's a great Gym , but I would like to see something like this poster I saw in Iceland this summer. Too many times have I seen sweaty guys go straight to the pool/sauna without showering :-(
Take a class run by Simon. He's legendary, especially his spinning classes . Iron men only need apply.

Getting the area leisure card works out cheaper only if you use facilities more than 25 times a year but it feels cheaper (unless you can get option 3 where everything is cheaper at no extra cost) - John Cunningham
