agreed. no tv remote , no loo roll holder, plug sockets all on the far side of the room. very basic, even for a travelodge!
Rooms r ok? But the shower is a waste of time! Luke warm and a trickle! Won't be staying here again! The international in town is much better! If a little bit more!
This place looks like an old prison and us very basic/ run down. The tv dosnt have a remote control I guess cause someone nicked it, and the room smells. Having said that it's clean enough and pretty

Surprisingly good stay. Comfy beds. Fantastic breakfast ( don't miss Stornoway black pudding) and good autumn special rate. Just off M6 and great view. - Scotscowgirl
