This place was awesome. We were visiting from out of town and struck up some great conversations with the locals. The food was fantastic - lots of daily specials made fresh in-house!
Lefty's is great for breakfast . The potatoes are a classic and most meals come with choice of bread , including daily specialty breads made in-house. Fairly priced and filling meals.
Wow. Get this awesome brew while it lasts on tap : Ommegang Wit. Super light wheat beer , lemony, refreshing, with just a kiss of coriander and orange peel . Possibly the perfect summer ale .
Feeling spry and light on your feet? Lefty's mondo plate of chili cheese fries will change that fast. A boat anchor for your belly.
Great burgers , great breakfast and brunch , great service, great for lunch , cute and casual , great sandwiches .
The fact that this place is one of my top five restaurants in Blacksburg despite how godawful the service is a testament to how AMAZEBALLS the food is.
Recommendations: breakfast sandwich (only $3) to start, BLT or south of the border burger for lunch , and ahi tuna salad for dinner . All delicious!

For breakfast , the Bruchetta & blue cheese omelet is divine! Be sure to ask what homemade breads they have too!
