Corned beef was prepared, per Irish tradition. Marinated in dark beer left behind good corned beef flavor, while removing the vinegary twang. Inexpensive and filling comfort food .

The Shepherd's Pie was a bit more stew than expected. The scotch eggs were fantastic. It isn't eating in Dublin, but solid if you don't want to fly across the globe.
