I had beef enchiladas and they were excellent. The salsa was out of this world, very complex. Hope to get back to Racine again and eat here again.
I have yet to have a bad meal at Javier's and we have been going there since they opened on Durand Ave. Years ago.Try the special of the day (always good)

The enchiladas are awesome and the ingredients are always fresh.

Very good food and service.
Food was decent. Recommend the Steak a la Mexi. Service exceptionally slow. I will cut them some slack. Two big parties.
