Great food! Also. The secret spot for spicy food challenges. If you have a thing for spicy challenges , this place maybe the only place in the world which the spiciest curries . Go on a Sunday night!
Probably one of the best Indian restaurants I've been to, in some time. Staff is great, along with all the different dishes. Definitely worth checking out.
The service is brilliant they try to cover a combination of Indian food from North & South Indian & the concept of barefoot/cushion on the floor seating works. All dishes are very nicely cooked!
Delicious food with different grades of spicey . Great dessert , too. Come here on "full moon party" (people try to reach a level of spicey ). Great fun.
I’ve been to this place twice traveling to Singapore. If you like hot then this place is for you. I always go for the fish head curry heat level 5 with yogurt rice . Spectacular. Love the owners.
Chat with the staff about food and health and healing. They know their stuff. My favorites here: banana lassi , Dahl makni , fish tikka , yoghurt rice . Happy food!
Beer is really expensive , but the meal was also the best Indian food I’ve ever eaten (and I currently live in Toronto, so I’ve tried indian food )
For the best experience, you must sit upstairs.... Also, try everything that the chef recommend you, those are the most delicious plates I ever taste in Indian food !!!
One of my favourite Indian restaurants in Singapore. The mutton masala is a great dish complimented with some naans and a cold Kingfisher !
Service was good however high on the price point side for the food portion served. My friends and I love the cosy concept of sitting on tatami alike mats to chat through the night.
10 levels of chilli based on the Scoville scale of spiciness . Great food and service though the portions are small. Try higher than level 3 at your own risk.
Seriously tasty! They also have a real tandoor oven which makes the food/naan so much better! Give it a try, you won't regret it!
One of the top restaurants in Singapore, amazing staff and food! Try the Dahl Mahkni, the Chili-Cheese Naan and any of the Masalas . Amazing food!
Butter chicken is the best you will ever have !
I love this place. Aside from the hot stuff (chili challenge every month); Butter chicken , Bhindi, everything is great. Amazing naan too. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
Excellent Indian food but a bit pricey . The lady who presumably owned the place was friendly but a bit rough. Delicious butter chicken .
A truly tasteless and unauthentic experience .. I recommend if you have 3 to 5 year old kids who want to experience Indian food for the first time come here
If they propose you maximum level 6 - don't complain, try it first :) That was crazy ;)
Curry fish head is da bomb! Not very cheap but portion is big. Very hot and tasty!
Ambience, all curries , kulfi icecream . Try their chilli challenge...but realistically 6 is already way up there...
The food here is amazing and fresh everything was delicious. A great Christmas lunch .
Nice ambiance. Food is nice. Service is good. Just one more point to make. Tables are really small in barefoot dining area.
fish curry and mutton masala (or mutton curry ; ‘masala ’ means spices).
Didn't get a chance to sit upstairs where u really have to go barefoot! Love their naan !!!
I had the Butter Chicken and Onkra as a side and both were great full of flavour and not greasy or oily.
Palak paneer , butter chicken and the friendly atmosphere
One of the best Indian food I ate in my life! I recommend!!
Superb food with diff levels of spiciness
Unusual decore and service that will suit many tourists . However if you are looking for authentic Indian food at a restaurant frequented by Indians, best go somewhere else.
Take the spicy challenge from 1 to 10.
Ordered butter chicken , dal makni , mutton dhal with butter naan and plain rice . After reading all reviews on tripadvisor. I was disappointed. Taste was ok not wow. Mutton not lean as it should be.
One $3 beer per head for dinner when you order from the al la carte menu. And a '3' on their 1.5-6 scale is spicy .
Koli curry level 2 + garlic naan
One of little india's many little secrets...masala margarita was a pleasant surprise...
try the surprise desserts !! delicious :)
Super expensive , mains around 20+
One of the best tika...miam ☺
Well , it's touristy and not as authentic and too pricey compared to other restaurants in area. I wouldn't go back here
A '3' on their 1.5-6 point scale is pretty spicy , maybe an 8/10 back in the states .
You get one $3 beer per person when you off the al la carte menu for dinner .
Butter Chicken here is the best :)
Way overpriced. Good lassi , not so good food.
Not so great as claimed. Pricey and no Air-conditioner.
Worst service ever. Extremely and suspiciously defensive when we tried to give feedback.. Oh not forgetting over priced and cold food.
