It's ok here ppl are pretty nice but the women's restrooms are always a mess! I always see the cleaning crew but I guess the females here are just nasty

Worse costumer service. I had a VIP guest pass when my friend was a member and we both came in and the guy said that the free 14 day pass advertise online is false.

Takes them forever to fix equipment.
I'm not convinced by the staff in this location. If I go to a work out facility I expect to see relatively fit, not sloppy and fat who don't care. Might as well replace staff with vending machines.

The enrollment 'advisors' here are completely unprofessional and will try to bully you into a membership. Do not go here!
