The location of the hotel is terrible, in the middle of rubbish! The service is very bad, but normal in India. Rooms quite clean , but completely empty, even the soaps missing and you have to ask for!!
By Indian standard, the rooms are ok. However, the service in most cases is slow, unprofessional and sometimes really frustrating.
The service forgets to do what you have asked. The room food is provided to you in plastic bags by a guy normally very unfriendly. A hotel absolutely to avoid.
People generally come here for the buffet which is quite cheap. But do try the Dal makhani here. Also the tomato chutney that comes with the papads before starters is awesome! - Pema Bhutia
