Don't go to the drive up ATMs in the rain. The overhangs don't cover your car and the rain slides straight down on you and into your car.

Use another bank let alone another branch. People are rude, incompetent and make no real effort to help. I can only assume the good reviews on here are from friends and family. Worst branch bye BOA.
