The lounges across the hall from the train waiting area on the 2nd Floor have much more comfortable furniture , and interesting exhibits .

Really neat-looking building but a switchyard between here and Staples Mill can slow your trip by an additional 20 minutes.

Historic building , pretty nice.. no food stores or anything so eat well if u plan to wait for a while and yeah hurricane Irene screwed the trains activity for more than a week now!!

Vending machines here sell soft drinks and snacks at bargain prices - just $1.25 for a 20 oz. soft drink and $1.10 for a large vending size Frito bag.

Nice building. No services. Amtrak attendants here do not want to be bothered so don't ask them questions!

Clearly put a bunch of money into the decorum, which doesn't make up for the lack of signs, announcements, or on-time departures. I want to leave Richmond, where is my train ? Nobody here knows.

Train #66 from Newport News is NEVER on time!

I am on train 66 and it arrived at 6:06pm on its way to NYC and Boston. So it was on time this time

Train 66 to DC is never ever on time. Never! They always say it will come at 6:15 instead of 6:05 and then it comes at 6:35.
