Authentic food, Moroccan wines , watchful and friendly staff

Go for small plates rather than the platter. Food is fresh and pretty authentic . Reasonably priced too. Falafel balls are divine.

Authentic Lebanese food . Avocado hummus & baba ganoush are pretty good, rest, pretty average. Main course comes with hummus , salad & Labneh .

Amazing middle eastern restaurant which serves Turkish, Kurdish & Lebanese food . Friendly staff , nice portions and beautiful place! A must in Basel. It’s a welcome change from mediocre Swiss cuisine!

The bread isn’t fresh: it’s a conserve product. This is just an example. To sum it up: it’s a pseudo-middle eastern restaurant . 5 out of 10.

Underwhelming middle eastern fare. Food is only ok. Za'atar is not even original preparation. If you have eaten authetic middle eastern food then avoid this place.

I really cannot understand the hype about this one. It tries to make the impression of middle eastern restaurants - BUT IT IS NOT.
