Perfect hotel for a short business trip or when you have a small budget friendly staff , small but nice and modern rooms

Although the rooms are very small, the place is lovely, located at convenient area, value for money , great Wifi , and the rooms are comfy ! :) Will come back

Many of their standard rooms are the size of a closet, 9-12 Sqm and have no windows. No business center , few amenities but a perfect location. Right near MRT and in the center of Chinatown.

Great room with deluxe bed, big screen , safety box, frig, and helpful staff (I left the key-card inside my room just now ;P). Quite nice couple of weeks for a business trip .

<Positive> 2 min walk to Chinatown MRT, access to Chinatown, fast wifi , acceptably clean <Negative> Super small room(smallest I've ever saw), staff don't answer to calls in the late night

Unplug TV before you sleep. The TV in room 403 turns on by itself and woke me up on 3 different occasions. I am writing this review at 4am. Otherwise, it's a nice place.

room 407 is big, has jacuzzi and amazing decorations. Good wifi and 2 minutes walk to chinatown station

nice stuff :) I booked deluxe room and they upgraded to premiere room! The location is very very good. Plenty of food around here.

Small but clean rooms . Good situated at chinatown and MRT station. Good enough for a single trip. Attention: in the simple rooms you can store one suitcase but not more.

There is an unbelievably loud club next door so don't plan on getting a good nights rest! Also, tiny rooms and the wifi is pretty average - you have to log in quite often

Get an executive room or bigger otherwise the rooms are just way too small! Even executive room is barely bug enough. Great value for location and new hotel in Singapore though.

Such a small room for the price to pay in comparison to other boutique hotels in Singapore . Common area should be better lit.

Clean to stay but be careful with the small red ants

Yeah, you guys are right. Very very small room and limited TV channels , but with awesome WiFi and convenient location. Hmm, difficult to trade off.

Mony room does not have windows. Doors and walls are not sound proof. Hot water is hot only sometime and I almost freeze after shower

Even for one person the room is not big enough. Where you supposed to put your bags. Room smelled like dump . Had to change. Air condition didn't work after midnight either. Not recommendable.
