If there's a heavy storm the pool can sometimes have stuff floating in it for a few days, otherwise great though.

Hope not too see one of these signs due too loud idiots in the hallway or by the pool at night!

If someone parks over the line in your spot, you can have them towed. The parking spaces are small enough as is.

The pool area is always in nice condition...

You now have to pay for guest parking ... Lame!
