If your getting service done, it won't help to make an appointment , your still gonna wait awhile. Plan ahead, bring some entertainment.
They tell you to make an appointment , but apparently that doesn't matter- it's basically first come first serve. Do not book on your lunch break, you will be late and they won't care.
