Best Vietnamese food I've had in HK. Run by a Vietnamese family with a focus on good fresh ingredients . Try the chicken salad or the lemongrass chicken stew with baguette ! Delicious!

Great pho search in HK continues, soup and garnishes was very nice but fell short as it was a bit bland. Sadly spring rolls suffered the same fate of lack of seasoning. No MSG

Double up on the orders of beef . You're gonna need it.

There are far better Vietnamese restaurants in HK than this one. The locomotive pho was disappointing as it lacks variety of ingredients.

火車頭 is not bad. Not as authentic as it claims but overalls pretty good Vietnamese food in HK standard.
