Very poor quality Wi-Fi, can not even connect to it most of the time :/ I expect 4* hotel to have Wi-Fi coverage at least in apartments but no chance here.

The ribs are so delicious and are enough to make you full. Kind service, great atmosphere. And they take cards as payment but you have to ask :) - Vladie
I don't know if you can get a room without all inclusive but do so if you can. Food is not great but everything is else fine and Arkutino is one nicer more secluded beaches on the Black Sea. - Brian
