Excellent gym , get there early though (6-6:30a), always packed.
This hotel is right downtown, and you can walk to many restaurants . However, the atmosphere is a bit depressing.
Concierge Lounge could do a better job with their 5:30 offerings and they do not have enough dessert .
For some reason the water never got hot. Gym / pool are great. Staff is welcoming and helpful.

Beds were comfortable and the daily cleaning service was thoughtful and detailed. I'd stay here again.

The beds here are amazing.
By far the poorest kept/run Marriott I've stayed in in years...! No hot water. No cold water. A/C doesn't work. Room service doesn't honor do not disturb signs. Poor service at the bar ... On and on...
