Amanda and Esmeralda offered great service, showed us a few recipes and even helped us with local tours . The Chili with Meat and the Fricase were great! Will go again to try the beers .
Try the mango , shrimp , arugula ceviche salad ! It's absolutely scrumptious!
Try the plantains with the four dips : creme fresh, salsa , guacamole , and black been. Enough for 2!
It looks better than it is. They give the food international names, but what you get is a simple food - has nothing to so with a Shawarma or a Souvlaki . It‘s ok, but we would not repeat it.
Nice food, but the service can be a bit aloof at times and this place can get dominated a bit by tour groups.
Food is average. the Yuca chips are good though. Skip the Souvlaki , pita is hard. the mango smoothie was inedible. Our order came incomplete. When we tried to point that out the waitress walked away.
We just arrived and had our first coffee here. The best in CR so far! And the strawberry and pineapple pie is to live for! - Lou Lou
