The caprese is made with a perfect balsamic drizzle. I went with the Bossco pizza which was amazing, but I bet they all are.
The bossco is really great. Love the iced tea too. 1/2 price pizzas after 3pm on Tuesdays.
If you have been to Provence try the truffle oil pizza .
