8 people behind counter, one working register, lots of food in ready window and no one taking it out.
Watched them bring out a sandwhich to table next to me. The customer had been adament about no cheese because of allergies, they never got that order right either.
Somehow the food just tastes better when you eat locally! McAlister's is very family friendly .
Never go here. I love McAlisters but felt this one was run by idiots. Bunches of people working on unnecessary things while ignoring customers.
It took them three times to get my order right and my food was bad;and the table next to me was living a nightmare with their orders.
