Audrey caught on recording making clenched fists, screaming at the top of her lungs, verbally harassing my mother & me. I felt afraid for my safety- & well-being. I thought she was going to punch me!

My mother & I have been suffering extensive emotional & psychological distress thanks to the employees there. She cried nonstop on way home in taxi . Her health has been deteriorating since incident.

Anna is very arrogant, cocky, flippant. Refused to greet us, make eye contact or even LISTEN to us when this was about OUR faces anyway. She inappropriately pushed my mother to get her to sit back

Taylor hurled offensive remarks toward my mother and me. She also joined in with Anna and started screaming at us. What kind of place is this?! They seem to want to ruin the business! Unbelievable!

Audrey seems to be mentally unstable. Instead of siding with us, the paying customers, she screamed at us to leave the place when my mother and I were just trying to explain our negative experience

HONEST REVIEW! My mother and I went there for Mother's day weekend. We've been harassed, condescended, threatened, humiliated, & treated no better than scum by the employees. Avoid this place!
