The seitan is made locally and is prepared in a variety of ways. I had the gyro special- delicious and herbed to perfection. The entrées come with salad and multigraph bread , so come with an appetite.

I am not normally a vegan diner but there is SO much good stuff in this menu that I forgot I am a carnivore. Plus they have terrific live music and Mark the owner is VERY nice.
