Great place. many selections for fondue and grilling. Large wine list . You won’t feel rushed even with a 715 reservation Was there three hours. Two thumbs up
The Greek fondue is a must to try. It has blue cheese (which I normally don't like), feta cheese , pine nuts , and Greek olives . It was really yummy....

Chocolate fondue is a must, but the asorted meats (elk , duck , etc) is a classic.
Whenever I visit Colorado, I make sure to go here. Great food & each room is decorated differently.
If you just want the cheese or chocolate fondu , eat in the cellar and pair it with a flight of wines .
Their desert is the best. I think it's better than the melting pot.
