I've stayed here at least a dozen times the last few years. Cheap , pleasant, quiet with friendly staff . Excellent location! They will let you check in early if rooms are available.
Good value for your money a fridge and micro in room and free continental breakfast every day. Pastries , muffins , fruit and waffles
They don't put any holds on your credit card. They just need the number for incidentals (movie rentals etc)
Clean and good service - lots better than some hotels that have 3 or 4 star ratings!

The "free" wifi requires you to answer a series of market research survey questions every few minutes.
The elevator runs so quietly , you don't know that it is moving
They give a room rate discount to AAA members, and have a free 24-hour shuttle to the airport .
The waffles at breakfast are really filling u make them yourself.
Shuttle will take you to the Link station, and is driven by pleasant people.
To use the treadmill on the gym , ask the front desk for the safety switch.
