It's better to call the hotel first before you go through their online check-in (directwithhotels.com). Sometimes the online site will say that there are a few rooms left when there are still more.

This resort hotel banks too much on its good looks. The service is terrible, food is average yet pricey . I saw at least 2 cockroaches in our room and the shower leaks. 3/10
