A clean and spacious room with good comfy beds ... Staff are friendly and helpful... Quiet environment..

Clean , spacious , easy access to everything in Ipoh town . But parking is a problem here, limited spaces available.

wifi is normal speed, not high speed as mentioned. breakfast is terrible - nasi lemak without egg , fried beehon with sausage , honey star without milk . that's all.

Good:room, staff , security, housekeeping, ac , water heater, movie channel, safe box . Bad:parking , breakfast , no laundry bag, wifi turns off b4 check out, no kettle, no more shuttle, towel

The price is very reasonable and it's clean . At night, the area is very quiet .

Checked-in on a Saturday & the waiting time to check-in was extremely long, in my opinion. Been waiting for 15 mins & we were the 3rd in line . There was only 1 counter open.

The WiFi speed is normal not as fast as other mentioned and there is time limit of usage. A big no no. There will be extra charge for the second extra pillow and each bed has only one. Second No no.

Hotel aircond always not cold. Complaint & sent technician also can’t solve the problem.

Staff at reception was not friendly at all especially one Indian lady. Not even a smile or thank you during check out.
