smiles surround you in the coast line hotel of dubrovnik. No kidding! but they've clean rooms and well decorated indoor RA. Water's not incl. in buffet . you must pay add'l fee to satisfy your thirst:)
The hotel is newly renovated but the beds were quacking loudly and you hear every sound from the corridor. The staff was nice and the breakfast too.
Lovely scenery, especially being on the opposite of dubrovnik port is great

Breakfast number 1 is a loaf of stale bread and a plate of jelly . Not up in here.

Wonderful hotel! Buffet breakfast is huge with lots of variety. Great pool area with ample loungers. Access to ocean with scuba sessions for the adventurous. Only an £8 uber rode to old town. - Taylor Moll

This isn't beautiful area to walk around in the evening or during sunset. Enjoy some great music during weekends over gelato or coffee - Reemz
You can't go wrong in Dubrovnik. It's one of the greatest towns on Earth. The only downside - too many tourists. - Olga Ramer
